By accessing and using SpaceLeadX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Service. SpaceLeadX is a service provided by SpaceLeadX Inc., a company incorporated in Canada.

SpaceLeadX is a SaaS (Software as a Service) lead management platform designed for local entrepreneurs. The Service includes: • Lead capture form creation and management • Lead management dashboard with Kanban pipeline • SEO-optimized landing page creation • Tracking and analytics tools • Third-party service integrations

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain and update your information • Protect the confidentiality of your password • Be responsible for all activity on your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Send unsolicited communications (spam) • Collect personal data without consent • Transmit viruses or malicious code • Attempt to access unauthorized systems • Impersonate another person or entity • Violate intellectual property rights We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By subscribing: • You authorize recurring charges according to the chosen plan • Prices may be changed with 30 days notice • Refunds are granted according to our refund policy • Non-use does not entitle you to a refund Applicable taxes will be added to the stated price based on your jurisdiction.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpaceLeadX Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: • Your use of the Service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of third-party rights

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access: • For violation of these Terms • To protect the Service or other users • If required by law Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by: • Posting on the Service • Email notification Your continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
